Notices of assessment were mailed on May 14th to all property owners in the City of Pewaukee.  The value indicated on the notice is reflective of the market conditions that existed on January 1st, 2010.

The open book period will be held from May 17th – June 4th.   The assessment roll will be open for inspection during normal business hours at City Hall during this period.  For your convenience, assessment and sales books will also be available at the Pewaukee Library. If you have a concern regarding your assessed value and would like to meet with an appraiser, please call the Assessor’s Office at 262-691-0820 to schedule an appointment.  Meetings with appraisers are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  To ensure the availability of an appointment time, please contact the Assessor’s office no later than May 28, 2010.
