The applications below, for permit, have been placed on this site for your convenience. The Permit Application Forms must be viewed and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Complete the form and either mail or fax it to City of Pewaukee Building Services Department, W240 N3065 Pewaukee Rd, Pewaukee, WI 53072. Our fax number is 262-691-1798. You must include detailed building plans and a survey of the property when necessary. The permit cannot be processed without payment. The form on the Internet is an application only. For Mechanicals (plumbing, electric and hvac) send check with application, for all other permits you will be contacted when your permit has been issued. You may then come to the Inspections Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall, to obtain your permit and pay the permit fee. No work may commence without having first obtained the permit.
