Common Council
The City of Pewaukee offers a similar range of services as do most municipalities in the State of Wisconsin. The City is governed under a Mayor/Council format, with the Mayor elected for a 3-year term. The Mayor serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the City. The Common Council consists of six Alderman, with two elected from each of the three districts. Aldermen are elected to 3-year term, with the individual aldermen in each district serving staggered terms.
Meets at 7:00pm on 1st & 3rd Monday of the Month.
(Unless Monday is a holiday, then they meet on Tuesday.)

- Common Council - 7pm on the 1st & 3rd Mondays of the Month
- Joint Park and Rec Board - 7:00 PM 2nd Wednesday of the Month
- Joint Library Board - 6:30 PM 3rd Wednesday of the Month
- Municipal Court - 7:30am 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the Month
- Plan Commission - 7:00 PM 3rd Thursday of the Month
- Public Works Commission - 7:00pm 4th Thursday of every odd numbered Month
