Municipal Court
The Municipal Judge has jurisdiction as provided by law and Sections 755.045 and 755.05, Wis. Stats. and exclusive jurisdiction of
violations of City of Pewaukee ordinances, resolutions, and by-laws. The Municipal Judge is authorized to issue warrants under
Section 66.0119, Wis. Stats.

Citation Payment Options
IN PERSON AT THE MUNICIPAL COURT'S OFFICE
Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 pm, except holidays. The Court offices are located on the lower level of City Hall at W240 N3065 Pewaukee Road.
PAYMENT DROP BOX:
You may also utilize the Municipal Court's lock box 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is located in the shared Police and Court lobby on the lower level of City Hall. Envelopes provided.
BY MAIL:
For your convenience, your payments may be made by mail. citation number must be noted on your check (please do not mail cash payments)
BY CREDIT CARD:
Enjoy the convenience and flexibility of credit card payments your citation. The City of Pewaukee, in cooperation with Official Payments Corporation, offers the opportunity to pay citations either by telephone (800) 272-9829 or via the internet www.officialpayments.com. You will need to know the City of Pewaukee’s jurisdiction code, which is 5871. The maximum citation payment they will accept is $500.00. Official Payments Corporation will charge a nominal fee for this service (effective 10/26.2012 this fee was $5.95 - please see their site for specifics). NOTE: Credit Card payments are not accepted at City Hall or by mail.
Court Information
Municipal Court is held at City Hall on the lower level adjoining the court office lobby. Parking is available in the lower and middle lots of City Hall. We ask that you do not park in the Employee lot or spaces reserved for Emergency vehicles.
Court starts at 7:00 AM and is held on Wednesdays only.
