Duplainville Road Reconstruction (Green Road to Railroad Tracks)
The City of Pewaukee is considering the reconstruction of Dupainville Road from Green Road south to the Railroad Tracks.
The improvements consist of road reconstruction, curb and gutter, storm sewer, and related facilities. The road will remain open to the public, but there may be instances where residents will have to wait for a period of time to gain access depending on the construction activities.
This project is anticipated to start mid to late August with completion of the paving in Fall 2010. Restoration work, including but not limited to establishing grass, may continue after this date and into Spring 2011.
This project is an assessable project. Notices are expected to be mailed to affected residents late June 2010. In accordance with City policy, assessments for residential properties are capped. All assessments may be paid over a 10-year period with interest beginning Fall 2011.
