Springdale Estates V Road Resurfacing Project
Project Update #1 - September 2, 2010
The City of Pewaukee is resurfacing Alderwood Lane, Aspenwood Lane, Burningwood Lane (from Aspenwood to Stonewood Court), Burwood Court, Emberwood Court, Fernwood Court, Graywood Court, Meadowood Lane (Burningwood Lane to approximately 475’ East of Alderwood Lane), and Oakwood Lane within the Springdale Estates Subdivision.
The project began on August 17, 2010 by sawcutting the curb and gutter areas that need repair. The contractor will also be working on the storm sewer and sanitary sewer repairs for the next two weeks. If your driveway will have the curb and gutter replaced, you will be given notice prior to the work being completed.
The project is currently scheduled to be substantially complete by September 30, 2010 which includes all work except restoration. Depending on weather conditions, the contractor may delay restoration (grass growth) until Spring of 2011.
