*Note: Bills are issued quarterly for water/sewer service. Ther are due on the dates scheduled above. A late payment charge of 1% per month will be added to bills not padi within 20 days of issuance. This late payment charge will be applied to the total unpaid balance for the utility service, including unpaid late payment charges. Failure to receive a quarterly bill or absence from City on due date will not seve as a claim to waive the late payment charge. Any remaining outstanding balances through September 1 of the year will be placed on the property tax bill. A 10% penalty is add to the arrearage. The outstanding protion of you account that will go to the tax bill includes the third and fouth quarter of th eprevious year and the first and second quarter o fhe current year plus any interest. You will have until November 1 each year to clear you account to avoid the added penalty.
