If you would like to rent one of our facilities, please contact us via phone at 262-691-PARK (7275). 

Below you will find information about renting the parks including fees and payment procedures. Also, see our guidelines and procedures page for information regarding rental guidelines and clean-up procedures. Please review this information prior to calling to book your event.

Park Rental Payment Procedure & Fees

• Rentals can be set up over the phone by calling 262-691-7275.
• All rental charges shall be paid to the Pewaukee Parks and Recreation Department at the time of booking your event. No dates or times are held prior to payment being completed.
• Key codes are utilized for your rental building access. Building access will only be possible during the time on file with our department. 

Resident Rate

Any person who resides in and/or pays taxes to the City or Village of Pewaukee is considered a resident and pays the resident fee.

Any business that is in or pays taxes to the City or Village of Pewaukee is considered a business resident and pays the business resident fee.

All other individuals are considered non-residents and pay the non-resident fee.
