[ARCHIVED] Notice for Automatic (ACH) Utility Payments

2ND QTR UTILITY BILLS - NOTICE FOR AUTOMATIC (ACH) PAYMENTS

 

If your utility bill is currently set up for automatic payment (ACH) from your checking or savings account, your payment will be deducted from your bank account electronically on the due date (July 10, 2023). Though the notice "This bill is paid electronically. Do Not Pay!" did not print on this quarter's bill, your automatic payment from your bank account will be made as usual. There is no further action or payment required by you.

 

If your utility bill was set up for automatic payment using a credit card, your payment will NOT be automatically deducted. Credit card information did not transfer over with our recent software conversion. If you want to pay your utility bill using a credit card, you need to go to your online account and re-set up your credit card payment (click here to go to Online Portal). Bill payment is due July 10, 2023.
