Winter Reminder: Do Not Blow Snow into the Street
This is an important reminder to all City of Pewaukee property owners that shoveling, pushing, or blowing snow or ice into the street or across public roadways creates hazardous conditions for drivers and is prohibited by law. This practice violates Pewaukee Ordinance Chapter 10.09 – Deposit of Snow in the Streets or Right-of-Ways and Wisconsin State Statute 346.94(5).
Please also ensure that your snow removal contractors are aware of and follow these regulations.
