A Plan Commission or Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing is a meeting open to the public concerning a proposal to change the City Ordinances or change a City zoning classification which may impact surrounding property owners. At this meeting property owners are given the opportunity to comment and give feedback to the Plan Commission or Zoning Board of Appeals and Common Council.
