How to Register for Programs

The Pewaukee Parks & Recreation Department publishes three seasonal Activity Guides per year. Fall, Winter/Spring, and Summer. Each Guide will have the registration start date listed on the cover. Pewaukee Residents will have priority registration on that date; Non-residents may begin registering two days later.

Online Registration

It is recommended to register using our online software. It is accurate, up to date, and there are no processing fees. We take Visa, Mastercard & Discover for payment.

In-Person Registration

You are welcome to register in-person at our office located at city hall, W240 N3065 Pewaukee Road. Acceptable forms of payment in-person are cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, or Discover. City Hall is open Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Check schedules for closing dates.

Mail-In Registration

To mail in a registration, fill out the registration form. Identify class ID CODE as it is noted in the guide.

You may pay via cash, check, or by filling in your credit card information on the registration form when registering by mail. Confirmation receipts will be emailed to confirm registration. If a program is full, our office will notify you by phone.

**NOTE: Mail-In registrations will be processed no earlier than 8:00am on the first day of registration. Priority registration is not given to those forms that were received prior to the registration date.

Registration Exceptions

Programs are designed according to age and/or instructor / student ratios or level that will best benefit the student. Please do not ask us to exceed class limits or put your child in the wrong age or skill level.

Refund Policy

Participants who request a refund not less than one week prior to the first day of the program will receive a full refund, less a $10 administrative fee. Requests within one week of program start or after program start will not receive a refund except in the case of a medical reason documented by a physician.

Photo Release

Pewaukee Parks and Recreation may take photos of our programs for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please notify the photographer and our office.
