Municipal Court
The municipal judge has jurisdiction as provided by law and Sections 755.045 and 755.05, Wis. Stats. and exclusive jurisdiction of violations of City of Pewaukee ordinances, resolutions, and by-laws. The municipal judge is authorized to issue warrants under Section 66.0119, Wis. Stats. View Chapter 23 of the municipal code for more information.

Court Proceedings
Municipal Court is held at city hall on the lower level adjoining the court office lobby. Parking is available in the lower lot of city hall. We ask that you do not park in the employee lot or spaces reserved for emergency vehicles.
Municipal Court will primarily be held the second Tuesday morning of the month from 8 a.m. until approximately 10 a.m. Trials, motions and other hearings will primarily be the fourth TUESDAY morning of the month, beginning at 8 a.m. There will be exceptions and dates are subject to change. Please contact the Court office if you have any questions.
As an alternative to in-person court, you may contact the court office to arrange for a telephone conference with the City Prosecutor.
