The municipal judge has jurisdiction as provided by law and Sections 755.045 and 755.05, Wis. Stats. and exclusive jurisdiction of violations of City of Pewaukee ordinances, resolutions, and by-laws. The municipal judge is authorized to issue warrants under Section 66.0119, Wis. Stats. View Chapter 23 of the municipal code for more information.
Municipal Court is held at city hall on the lower level adjoining the court office lobby. Parking is available in the lower and middle lots of city hall. We ask that you do not park in the employee lot or spaces reserved for emergency vehicles.
Court starts at 7 a.m. and is held two Wednesdays per month.
