The City Planner and Deputy Clerk issue zoning letters upon request.
Requests can be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by letter mailed to City of Pewaukee, Attn: Ami Hurd, W240N3065 Pewaukee Road, Pewaukee, WI 53072.
Requests must include the address and/or tax key number of the parcel(s) and a detailed list of information and documentation that is being requested.
A $100 fee must also be mailed to the address noted above. Note that a $100 fee is required for each parcel unless otherwise determined by the City Planner.
Letters are generally issued within 10 business days.
