ATV/UTV Routes

The City is considering allowing the operation of All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV) and Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV) on City roadways. The City has drafted an ordinance for discussion to allow ATV and UTV operations within a specific area of the City.  The area includes all City roads north of Prospect Avenue (CTH SS), west of Prospect Avenue (CTH G), and south and east of Pewaukee Lake.  See the map below for the area. This proposed ordinance does not include allowing these vehicles on Prospect Avenue (CTH SS and CTH G).

The ordinance will be considered at the Common Council meeting on February 17, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the lower-level Common Council Chambers at Pewaukee City Hall, W240N3065 Pewaukee Road, Pewaukee, WI 53072.
