Once you have completed the application you can either mail it to the Clerk / Treasurer's office at W240 N3065 Pewaukee Road ~ Pewaukee WI 53072 or come in person. A copy of the rabies vaccination, proof of alteration and the fee will be needed. If you mail your payment please provide a self-addressed stamped envelope.

  • The State of Wisconsin requires all contractors obtaining a permit to be licensed. Commercial Building Contractors need a Building Contractors Registration; 1&2 Family Contractors need a dwelling qualifier license; Plumbing requires a master plumbers license; Electricians require a master electrical license; HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Condition) contractors require a license for 1&2 Family buildings.

  • Permit applications can be dropped off during office hours. Permits are not typically issued immediately and you should allow for 7-10 business days for the permit to be issued by an Inspector. This time frame is dependent upon our current work load and the size of the project. For small projects typically less time is needed, larger projects that require a plan review may take longer.
