Building Services

The mission of the department is to provide services that promote public health, safety, and welfare while maintaining and promoting sustainable neighborhood, industrial, and business development within the city.


Responsibilities:

The Building Services Department is charged with the task of inspecting all plans and construction projects within the City of Pewaukee to assure that all structures are constructed safely and in compliance with the city codes and ordinances and the state administrative rules and statutes.

The Building Services Department is open 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
