Returning Campers
Registration for returning campers for all programs will be accepted February 1-20. During this time, 2025 participants will be guaranteed registration for 2026 with proper forms, documents, and payment/ payment plan.
Registration deposit payments must be completed by February 27 at 4:00pm. If you are a returning camp family and have another child that will be joining camp for the first time in 2026, they are automatically eligible to register as a returning camper.
Transfer Requests*: If you are a returning camper and would like to request your child be transferred to a different camp location, you may do so at time of registration.
(*) Transfer requests will be considered after the renewal process ends and are not guaranteed.

New Campers
Due to increasingly high demand in our summer day camps, we utilize a lottery process for new families that were not in our camp programs in 2025.
The process is as follows:
- Fill out a camp lottery interest form on the Pewaukee Parks & Recreation website or scan the QR code below. The lottery interest form will be open February 1-27.
- The form will allow you to indicate your preferred camp location along with alternate locations if your first option is full. If you have multiple children, they will both be placed at the same location. No payment is due with the initial lottery interest form.
- The lottery process will begin Monday, March 2. Parents will be contacted via email to confirm their registration and make deposit payment in the Parks & Recreation office by March 6 at 4:00 pm.
- After March 6, any remaining camp spots will be available at a first come, first served basis in person at the Parks & Recreation office.
