An Open House will be conducted to obtain public comments regarding the 2026 Greenhill Subdivision Street Improvements project on Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., in the City Hall Common Council Chambers. The Open House will provide the opportunity for an informal one-on-one discussion with City Staff regarding the proposed road improvements. No formal presentations will be made during this time. The project involves the reconstruction of Yench Road, Greenhill Drive, and Greenhill Court, as well as culvert replacements and ditch grading. Extension of the sanitary sewer or water main is not planned as a part of this project.
Preliminary plans for this project have been posted under the "Project Documents" section and plans will be available at the meeting to discuss impacts.
